Proactive Action Taken Against Nuisance Vehicles in Rochester

Officers from the Community Safety Unit have been carrying out proactive patrols across Rochester, targeting nuisance vehicles and anti-social driving that can have a significant impact on our local communities.

As a result of this activity, officers have:

✅ Made one arrest
✅ Issued two Section 59 warnings relating to driving behaviour and vehicle use
✅ Submitted numerous Traffic Offence Reports
✅ Gathered a significant amount of valuable intelligence to support ongoing enforcement activity

We know that nuisance vehicles, excessive noise, dangerous driving, and anti-social behaviour can cause frustration and concern for residents. Tackling these issues remains a priority, and we will continue to take robust action against those who choose to ignore the law and disrupt our communities.
